It’s a cocktail of modality. My process involves a mix of personal courage, mission, commitment, and vision alignment. As well as a heavy hand of 1:1 focus sessions, forward tactics, technology, accountability and most importantly, balance. We analyze the past, hold steady in the present, and WILL the future into existence.

① Obstacle Oriented

Let's solve a specific obstacle you have, together.

  • Frequency — 3 Sessions*

  • Length — Maximum 45 days

    *Additional sessions for the same obstacle can be purchased

 

② Day Facilitation

  • Frequency — 1 “Session”

  • Length — Minimum 3 hours

 

③ Quarterly Commitment

  • Frequency — 6 Sessions

  • Length — Expires after 12 Months

④ Custom Teaming Engagements*

  • Length — 12 Months
